This is the Might Mushroom Maniac! He was bitten by a mushroom at the young age of 3, and ever since he has had the power to spawn any type of mushroom at any time. The only downside being, that he has a mushroom growing on his head. He saves the world from villains like 'Crazy Carrot McCrawley' and 'Mysterious Mike the Maggot'
