Hello!

This is for the PMC Medieval Contest.

Here is her story:

Haley Anderson was not like the other girls. Lots of girls wanted to be a queen when they grew up. Not Haley. She wanted to be a maid. She LOVED working. Anything that had to do with working made her happy. If her mom asked to clean the home or do the dishes, she would jump out of her seat and do it. When her father was at the farm she would do a lot of work, almost all of it. She didn't just love working, she was great at it. Haley's parents were so happy and loved her lots, but the other girls felt a different way. They teased her. They sometimes got her favorite outfits and dunked them in mud so she would clean it. She cried every night. Only her mom and dad could help, she also lost all her friends. On her 11th birthday, her parents got her a beautiful, brand new, maid dress. It had a white top and a light blue bottom with an apron attached. It also came with a matching bow. She cried, but with joy. She wore it daily, and was careful that the other kids couldn't get to it. When she was 20, she got her 1st job. A maid. She was so happy. She worked for a very nice family. They had 2 girls and 1 boy. She still wore the outfit and was living her dream. When she was 30, she still had that job, but got married. She became Haley Jefferson and had a baby girl. She named her Kari but she had to quit her maid job. She still did housework, and was great friends with a lot of people. She had it best, because all the mean kids from her childhood were not queens, but she lived her dream. She pretty much forgot about all the bullies. Now people know her from her happy personality and her bouncy curls, not for her love for cleaning and her hard childhood.
