When Mercenary Marc Specter is shot by employer Raul Bushman for speaking out on his actions, he wanders the desert for Days bleeding out and miserable he stumbles upon a Temple that Worships Konshu the god of the Moon. Bleeding out in front of a Statue of Konshu he is given the Choice of Life, and Rebirth. Taking it, he becomes the Moon Knight an Embodied Avatar of Vengeance for Konshu.
