The diffrence between colors on here compared to Miners Need cool Shoes is miners only has the HSVA color wheel, So if hueshifting its alot more manual, While thid one has 2 color wheels, RGBA and HSVA, HSVA is the basic color wheel used on almost everything, So you can just switch to that since its familiar :3
Its also got a spot for color swatches, You can even make your own pallette and add it there :D
Theres also a stamp tool thats got cloning, On the site you got it on, It explains some of the basuc functions for the tools on the top :3 Otherwise, You can do skinning pretty much the same as other programs, Even including inbuilt functions for the skin file.

Its fun making experimental skins when fooling around with the tools haha. You can even shove a image in and it will placed it on the skin format xD It's derpy haha.
