Well I use skincraft cause all my paint programs are crap soo i'm stuck with skincraft, and I just make like a base layer, and then change the blend mode to screen and the other blend mode thingy to 2 and scribble on the 2nd layer with a lighter color...
Yeah i'm terrible at explaining though.
Too bad sugar will never see it :c
