Even though the neon lights are everywhere, they do not illuminate all places. There are some alleyways and underpasses in the Neon City that are enveloped in perpetual darkness, and they are home to a mysterious creature that prefers to stay away from the bright lights. As it skulks through the shadowy backstreets, the markings running down its body cast a soft, multicolored glow on the floor and the walls. Very few have seen this menacing but skittish creature, as it will run away from the sound of approaching people.
