Neovenator Salerii Minecraft Skin

That is the name this dinosaur was given in 1996, it was however first discovered in 1978, and throughout several years, the process of collecting its bones went on, like a jigsaw puzzle scattered all over the the south-west coast of the Isle Of Wight. Until finally about 70% of the skeleton was complete, and it became obvious... that this was no previously known dinosaur.

This would go on to become one of the most important finds in paleontology of the 20th century, as this species was the first proof, that allosauroids once lived, in what is now Europe. This was also one of the first partly complete, large carnivorous dinosaur skeletons found in Europe.

At a length between 7 - 10 meters, this was a top predator 120 million years ago. It is the proof, that the Allosaurs of the jurassic, did not die out, and that they were more widespread than previously thought. They left the world a vicious legacy of other giant theropods, that rivals the late Tyrannosaurs and Spinosaurs in size, such as Carcharodontosaurus Saharicus and Giganotosaurus Carolinii. And the Neovenator, was one of the early descendants. With the discovery of this species, a new dinosaur family was made; the "Neovenatoridae".

In the wealden clay along the cliffs of the dinosaur isle, you may yet find remains of this magnificent pre-historic predator... as well as its prey.

I went to Isle Of Wight myself to do so. And I did find something...

Yea... went to find my ancestor, and came home with a fossilized piece of wood... I mean... It was a big piece of fossil wood... yea... wood... I wanted bones... bones... I WANTED BLOODY BONES! BONES!

Well. Next time... I'll get myself a Neovenator bone... or tooth... or something, maybe just a toy-souvenir, in case I find a sad piece of dumb fossil wood again.

I loathe you fossil wood!... but also love you... but mostly I just want to throw you straight into a brick-wall and watch your fossilized plant-material splinter to a thousand pieces.

Edited the tail to be more clear, as well as make it fit better together with the upper side of the legs + the lower part of the upper body. Also edited the neck and spine a bit, to look more associated.
