I see few problems :) first: what software do you use? 2: the parts are too separated, there's too much difference of coulour :3 the head and the trousers are good, really, but the t-shirt is a bit messy (and i don't like the color :p). Here are my tips :)

I tried to fix the shirt, i know it's messy, couldn't really fix it :P, I use GIMP for the shading and MCSkinedit for the frame, It's hard to shade perfect >.<
