First I'll present the universe to the which Otto belongs then I'll do a global biography of the character :


Universe :

Since few weeks, In the medium city of Rivegrises, several kidnappings happened and continue to happen. The Secret Departmental Police* identified that victims were mainly engineers, scientists, etc.. which frighten the authorities who want to conserve the status of "Town of scientific and mechanical progress". Press shouts the worryings of the mayor about those acts made in the dark, overall those incidents keep the status of secondary issue, however SDP* have been confied the mission to find out who's beind all that.
but what scares even more the authorities is that even agents of SDP are mysteriously disappearing.


According to a Sailor legend, a kind of Atlantis is located around the coasts of the coastal city. Some sailor aknowledge having seen persons aproaching the shores and then mysteriously disappearing, causes ? Davy jones ? Aliens ? the question keeps dark and unsure, some people say those sailors are crazy or get hallucinations due to magnetic concentrations on the shores.
but what these don't know is that a such construction really exists underwater.


Some citizens say that they neighbors get ringed often, but once an house got ringed, it doesn't get ringed back. Few supersticious persons say it's the Reaper or the Ankou. No one really managed to follow persons that get interpelled by men with fancy suits, fedora hats or mold hats (aspect of men who ring).

No one knows it but those fancy representatives seem to lead people who are engineers/inventors/scientists on boats equipped with submarines of small size and bring them to "Atlantis" where representatives promished scientists a great job and protection, which is an ideal for these persons.
But instead they arrive in an impressive prison-lookalike building with the imposant sign with wrote on "POSEIDON" , the big brains would think it'll happen as planned. they first get welcomed by a curious man suited in a blue jacket with a sly and shady gait and then are confronted to a terrible dilemma : or they work for the curious guy and help him to build the necessar technologies to build an army able to conquer the world and destroy every form of human presence on earth or they get lobotomized and work as slave to maintain the building and being devoided of any abilty to think by theirself.
Few men refused to work and being reduced as a slave and started to find a way to get out of the infernal underwater place, the blue jacket man failed, him and his diabolic robot army to keep the rebels working. The rebels even succeded to escape out but then got catched back by the powerful robotic army. The few survivors were brought on a mysterious spaceship as prisoneers, the ship seemed to belong to the blue jacket man since it had same insignas. He was aware of the time différences in space and on earth, they were let several years in space with sufficient ressources to survive as punition.
"Blue jacket" was a popular designation for the curious man among prisoneers.
Blue jacket, before loosing every contact with them told them in french "Je vous garde en réserve pour plus tard." which means "I keep you in stock for later".




After the several years passed, Blue jacket kept his promise and sent them back on earth in emergency capsules, too bad for prisoneers, 25 years passed on earth while they were in space...

The Character

Otto Sippe was in the 2030s' known by prisoneers as Blue Jacket and then called so by them in the 2050s'. In the 2050 , regular people don't really know what he looks like and mainly know his insignia, he took the comercial name of "Contraire" which means in french "Opposite" which you can see if you reverse few letters of his name. Recent people also know him as the comercial advisor of the well known, not to say internationally known Daniel Arkendas, the famous owner and project overseer of Darken's bot industries (Darken is a contraction of Daniel and Arkendas).
