This is my entry for the Cyberpunk contest:

---Pete the pain---

Background about Pete: Pete is the boss of a cyberpunk group called: The creeping reapers.
He founded the group in 2030 at the age of 20, and has since been ruling it. After the big asteroid rain of 2032,
Pete and his "gang" started robbing, what was left of the shops in their town, or as they put it, "terrority".
Due to the tech (read "info about pete") Pete has developed, police always find themselves at the reapers mercy.

Info about Pete: Pete is tall, and wears 3D glasses. He wears the Uniform of the unholy Punk Fradimar, which only the leader of the reapers may wear! Acompanied by that, he wears his most powerfull SELF INVENTED weapons,
which include the green and blue whips of the Punk, which he wears around his chest, and his proton guns, which he wears on his hands.When fully charged, they can fire a pretty powerfull blast, that can kill, if aimed right. He also wears his bluetooth earpiece, standard equipment to any reaper, to call for his troops. A genius with an IQ of 140, you should not underestimate him...
