Changed up pizzasmart's Commando skin and switched some parts to the overlay.
I think the helmet neck, belt, shoulderpads and pouches look better on the overlay section. I also added the bottom of the collar to the skin, and made the underlay have a full helmet texture instead of a black color on the bottom of the head.

And pizzasmart, if you want me to, I'll remove this from planet minecraft.
