This character is Bianca from the first installment of the Pokemon Black and White games! I decided to give her some pop-outs using the new 1.8 layers! It is not completely finished, there are some parts I need to shade to make this perfect. I could maybe tone down the vibrance if I wanted to as well, and the hair is pretty crazy too! So please note that this isn't 100% finished but it will take a little bit of this-n-that to make flawless!
