She is Rose; the guardian of the Roses and Rose bushes. She has the power to make roses grow, and she gives Eros them. Those flowers are given to the couples to reinforce their love. Her powers are very strong during Spring, but Hades makes roses wither, and her powers disappear on Winter and Autumn.
