It might not be the best thing, as far as Minecraft skins go, to use a shirt the same color as the skin.
With the low resolution, it's hard to tell.
A lot of people give girls cropped shirts or other revealing outfits, so anything skin color looks bare.
It's a cute skin otherwise, though.
