Not bad! But now I think you should work on making the edges and corners mesh together. E.g Look at the top of the front part of the hair. Now look at the edge of the top of the hair next to it. It goes from shading to lighting. They should look for the most part the same. Other than that it's pretty good. :) And if there is something that you never fail to meet it's originality. :P Keep up the good work.
