Hey stick it isn't too bad, but you should work on the shading to make it more smooth. Don't worry though! Everyone improves their skins as time progresses and they make more. You'll notice my first skins weren't super great either and i started skinning before that, I just didn't post any.

The skin itself is good it just needs better shading. Look at this skin and compare it to yours. http://www.planetminecraft.com/skin/shadow-the-hedgehog-2075991/ Look how he shaded the edges and such to give it more dimension.
