Overview:

The Shadowmoor Cult is a religious cult that worships a dark entity known as "The Chained Father". This entity is worshipped as the one true ruler of darkness and all that dwells in it. Members of the cult are known to enact ritualistic sacrifices of those they abduct. The true scope of their deeds is unknown as they are very secretive and always are on the move. It is thought that they have some connection to a witch known as Lilith Darkmoor, but the connection is as of yet unclear. Perhaps Lilith's dark master that granted her power is the same entity that grants powers to the Shadowmoor Cult.
