Um, hi :) Commando_Ghost here ! I wanted to ask you if you could allow me to tinker around with this Ghost skin cuz I can't find another good Ghost skin to symbolize my account and personality & I hope I can play around with the body and the whole thing? & trust me I tried making Ghost skins and they get better and better through trial and error but this one is pure eye-candy.

Yeah, I'm quite positive. Because you were playing in the eyes of Roach and his body was tossed in the fire and then he turned to his left and saw Ghost being tossed in too.

Ghost was shot in the shoulder and thrown on the ground with Roach, but in one mission, Ghost asked "Why do we have to wear these fireproof jackets,and pants etc" so he did not burn.

It's all dependent on what I have to work with in terms of source material. The skin looks about as close to the picture as I could get it, for sure, but yeah, it's definitely not the most detailed or intricate looking skin.

Practice more with some of the software and methods I've mentioned before and I'm sure you can. It just takes time to learn how graphic design really works, and a bit of effort to make sure things look right.

You aren't going to be able to do any really advanced shading with SkinEdit. You need a program like Gimp, Paint.net, Fireworks or Photoshop that can use transparency brushes and layers. I suppose you COULD reproduce skins like this with SkinEdit, but it would probably take you three hours and you would have to have a very good understanding of hue, saturation, and brightness and how they blend.

Oh I beg to differ, all I use is skinedit, paint and colorschemer studio (for mixing colors). But you're right, each skin does take several hours that way.
