Skweet Karnrath resides in Rothigport but was originally from Lullyfort. She moved over to find the adventure in the streets and docks of a larger town. She now heads up one of the largest thieves guilds under the noses and without the knowledge of the Town Council of which she is also a member of.
The players can learn a lot about the streets of Rothigrport from meeting Skweet and maybe learn one of many dagger skills.
