This is a brass spyglass, like what the pirates used! ARGGGI cant really put much of a story, because a spyglass isnt alive! but I can label some things. The top of the head is the lens, and underneath it, you can see the eye of a sailor peeking through the other side! The smaller lens, where you would look through, can be located on its feet.
