I tried to be creative with the skin I made.
I tried giving it the bronze/gold looking style while sticking with the traditional look of a Female Steam punker. I made the skirt short in the front and long in the back, like a lot of common clothing styles for girls back then. I also gave her flair-looking sleeves, and gloves with matching white boots. She has a grey turtle neck because not many steam punks exposed themselves back then, nothing like today anyways.
The originality of it is the hat. I thought of a regular top hat and wanted to just rest it on her head, with a golden jewel on the front and the back. Her purple hair is a huge originality spark. Their hair was messy and long and tangled and I even saw dread locks. So I wanted her hair to look crazy, I also added hair on the hat to make it look bigger.
I gave her dark red lipstick and cheek dermals. I know that's a little more modern then the real Steam punker but it's all about being original. I didn't use a skin program or even the Skin viewer. I used Photofiltre and I did this pixel by pixel. That's how I do all my skins.
