This is a monster who was being created by scientist and the scientist spilled some antidotes inside of him and then an explosion happened and over 1,435 people died and he was all over the place left and right here and there but then the Military defeated him but they thought they killed him for good but after 654 years later he came back but the people that survived told story's about him and knew he was still alive.
