okay, I got it. 

She travels the world, dressed as a farmer's daughter. She appears only appears at funerals and disappears before anybody is able to talk to her. She carries all of the sorrows of the corpse's loved ones, and sends them to the person, in heaven or hell. 
One day, she met a person named "Lend", and he died on that day. She collected the sorrows, but this person was different. There was no sorrow for him. There was nothing of his. And she wondered who he was. And what he was. When going to hell to deliver messages, she meets him. 'Who are you?' she asks. 
'Scrub 'till your fingers are bleeding. And I'm crying for things that I tell others to do without crying.' 
She didn't understand.
'To a place of no religion.' 
She shakes her head and passes him by, another crazy one, is all she thinks. 
'Stains that are trying to cover, for each other.' He sings behind her. 
She freezes, her spine prickling of uneasiness. 'Are you singing... sins?' 
They face each other, and he says nothing else. He leaves hell, and leaves a girl with a million questions behind. She, being the curious person that she is, follows him out. The bag of messages is left on the floor and forgotten. 
She doesn't return to hell. She doesn't even go to heaven. She disappears after that, and souls are at peace again. 

tl;dr: She represents uneasiness and how it can manifest even if it's not trying. The 'messages' were sins that she kept repeating, which made the souls more conflicted. Lend was made out of the sins, and stopped her. (effwhyeye, people died because she went there. She goes to Paris, boom, death. She goes to Taiwan, boom, death.)
