This is Thomas A. Clinton, an Arctic Scientist. He traveled to the cold regions of the Arctic to study the life forms in the Arctic.
While Exploring a Cave, he found a mysterious orb. As he touches it, he suddenly feels more colder, he quickly grabs the orb and heads back to the research facility.
But every night, he sees vision. Visions of the world freezing. He wakes up in the morning with an even colder body temparature. As the days pass, he starts acting different, his skin starts turning the same color of ice, he starts feeling stronger near ice, and icicles start growing on him. He soons start losing his mind. He starts hurting his fellow scientist, until he was the last one in the facility.

Up until now, he still finds refuge in the abandoned research facility in the Arctic. Those who tried to help him was found frozen in near the facility. But, some mental experts tried to help him, but, alas, they returned ice cold, but one of them held a video camera.
The footage showed that Thomas has gained the powers to manipulate snow and ice. The crew tried to reason to him, but he only kept yelling "Feel the Wrath! Of the Duke of Ice!"
So the crew just gave up on him.
And that ends my documentary of the Duke of Ice. As of today, he still roams the Arctic, freezing all in his path.
