The spirit of deceased king of some country or another, now only a shell of his former self, which is to say, a king who was selfish, greedy, and rather unpopular with his people. Nowadays, he's a much better ruler than he was before, living in a decrepit castle atop an overgrown hill. It's a shame he doesn't have any subjects to rule, though.

Extra tidbits: He spends his time counting coins from his treasure trove atop his throne as he hums a multitude of tunes from long ago.
