One day, careless Steve entered the Nether ablibius to how the creatures of the Nether treated entitys of the overworld, one thing lead to another and steve decited to explore a Nether fortresss, he attacked a Zombie Pigmen for its gold agavating the others, Steve died that day... but his body remianed decaying into a hellish creature made to rule the underworld... waiting.. for the player.
