The Phantom Virus is the main villain in the movie, "Scooby-Doo and the Cyberchase", as well as the video game of the same name. He is an evil living computer virus who has a high obsession for baseball, just like the guy who created him. He also has a vast array of electric powers, as well as control of all the monsters and villains in the game that was created by a friend of the gang, some of which are monsters that the gang defeated in the real world.
