I have a theory

its connects Shubbles lore in esmp and the lore of wc smp

you know who all of them are competing to be supreme witch. what if this is how Shubble from esmp to not be wanted. because all (I haven’t watched cleo or elosie’s povs yet so if I get anything wrong forgive me) of the witches aren’t that good at their magic, just like how Shelby was and still sorta is in esmp. So what if, whoever wins, if it is connected to esmp, would take pity on her, seeing that she’s just wants to be a good witch and perfect her magic. Because (unless this isn’t how the witch hierarchy works, I also haven’t rewatch Shelby’s video in a minute) would supreme witch overrule head witch and stop them from arresting shelby. All of this is completely just straight out of what I know so far, but think about it :D.
