Tissue-Man, the hero who always knows how to sneeze.

This hero is light as air, and being such can glide on the breeze using his parachute tissue on his back. His suit is made of the finest cardboard. Also has the power of the Sonic Sneeze. This sneeze blows all his enemies away with just one blow but takes a great deal of energy, so it must be used sparingly. To fight crime he uses his tissue whip to toss his enemies to the ground.
