This is the skin version of Toa Nokama from the 1st generation of LEGO BIONICLE.
Nokama was a Ga-Matoran teacher, the Toa Metru of Water, and was briefly the Toa Hordika of Water. She later became one of the Turagaof Mata Nui along with the other Toa Metru, and was one of the Turaga of Metru Nui before Teridax's reign began.

And thats around then i started work on the Toa mata skins ._.
I didnt know about that you have been working on bionicle skins for every toa since 3 days ago ._.
And i'll probably update Gali and Nokama after i have realesed Lhikan and the Hordika's :p
