This is Toko Fukawa from Dangan Ronpa! Her name doesn't really change between English and Japanese, but her split personality's does! In the original Japanese version (The one I watched with subtitles) her name is Genocider Syo, but in the English version, her name is Genoside Jill, but those who don't know her gender call her Genoside Jack. Syo and Toko were some of my favorite characters while watching this anime, so I made Toko into a skin! 

I'm still experimenting with the Alex template.

This skin has a second layer (hats, etc...) and a %100 completed interior.
Anyone can use this skin, but if used for media purposes (YouTube, etc...) please give me credit.
