Valerio is one of my favourites, he was the personal guard to a princess, but after returning from the front to find that she had fallen ill and died, he vowed to learn to cook her favourite foods. On the way he became a renowned and successful chef, while maintaining his experience of combat. I think his design is an interesting combination of culinary and chivalric, and interesting enough to stand on its own.
