You just draw lines down for the hair like this skin has. But first make squares in each square of the skin's hair part. Outline the edges with your shading. Then draw the lines down. Then erase some spots and vary it like it is shown on the skin. Then shade in the shaded areas. And highlight in some areas. And this explanation probably did not make sense.
