Level 30 : Artisan Pokemon

Wally from Pokemon Emerald, and before I get complaints about the gas mask I will explain it. If you will remember Wally was asthmatic, so in the manga he had a breathing aparatus on his face to help him breathe. Thank you~ :)

Wasn't the mask part of a whole suit? I'm probably wrong, though. I've only ever seen him in a full suit, and I'm still trying to finish the Red/Blue/Green/Yellow and Gold/Silver/Crystal chapters of the manga before I read the Sapphire/Ruby/Emerald chapters...

Yeah he has a whole vesty thing and maybe more, but I couldn't find a good full body pic of the suit, and most people havn't read the manga so they wouldn't recognise him at all.

I used the "Professor Birch" skin i made to start, but I erased like 99% of it so it's pretty much from scratch and thank you :)
