So, this is Water Creeper. Well, at least a skin based off of him. Water Creeper is a newer creeper in a mod I make. Water creeper will lay flatly in the water, out of the players view, and when the player gets closer, he will rise out, and start chasing the player. When far enough from water, he will return to his home. When he explodes, he makes a small explosion-sized water hole.
