I originally wanted to make Gilles de Rais, since he was french too, but let's take a look at this;
History made this man, a former supporter of the famous Jeanne D'arc, a murderer.
Which is why i decided not to go for him.
But since i moved to germany, how about i pick a german person instead of a french one?!
Which brought us here. Johann Wolfgang von Goethe was a man who seems to have changed german literature by a lot. (Sorry, i mostly read french books...) He was the one who wrote the world-famous story "Faust" and some other books and poems, such as "Prometheus". Goethe made a certain city in Thuringia pretty well known, for he spent most of his time there. I'm not 100% sure, but i think the city is called Weimar or something like that. ο»Ώπ€
