I made zombie style Uncle Sam for the Apocalypse skin contest, and don't worry I can't win the contest and get the prizes I made this for fun and to see what place I can get :) Oh and it also says in the contest page "We encourage the judges the participate but will be disqualified from the winning prizes"

He's basically a metaphor for America, America's patriotism personified in one man, with the American flag-esque clothes and top-hat.
He was used on some war propaganda to get men to conscript for the war (I think the two world wars), and is now a well-known symbol as a cartoon icon for America. He is still used in many political cartoons as a representation of America.

No, I actually got qualified by cyprezz :)
possibly having come 2nd in the contest gave him something to take in mind when asking me the to be a judge.. who knows ;D
