This is a texture pack I created a while back that modifies netherite tools and armour. It currently works in the 1.17 snapshots and should work in later versions of the game. Feel free to ask any questions. Enjoy!

It works in 1.16.5 but the armor did not work, I think it would be great if the creator made a newer version of this that actually works on 1.16.5

I can't get the pack to work, it won't show up in the resource pack selection menu.
