My wife has red green colorblindness which means she has a much harder time telling apart certain colors
She complained a lot about how hard it is to tell the ores apart in the game since they all have the same shape
So i made a little fix ^-^
UPDATE: Since I did that the Minecraft team made an attempt at better ore textures but neither of us were really impressed and the copper ore was completely unreadable to her so I went ahead and kept updating it
UPDATE: Maybe one day I'll come back and make the copper good u.u
What this pack does:
- Changes all the ores to be more distinct
- Removes all traces of green from non oxidized copper

once jappa learns to make copper ore thats at least semi visible i miiiiiiight have trouble but until then im in business
and more seriously
im gonna keep this one active for as long as possible
its fun for me
and it means a lot to me
so im not gonna not update it just cause the team at mojang updated their textures
and while i agree on that point
and i kinda think the default look of armor in mc is horrid
it feels like theres already a million other variated armor texture packs that are already circulating through this website and im not sure i could do something better then them
ultimately i follow flights of fancy and i dont fancy armor so i doubt ill be doing it
however i have been considering making an alt netherite texture though just for my own fun
since i havent seen one yet that does specifically what i was thinking about
no promises though
Just needs the randomizing where it mirrors and upsides down the art so they blend together seamlessly when there is more than one.
while i appreciate the feedback i am not making this resource pack for realism or beauty
making the symbols be randomly rotated would detract from the main focus of this pack which is to make the symbols easily readable to colorblind people
if you rotate the gold ore texture it might look eerily similar to the emerald texture or the diamond texture or at least make it harder to tell
so id rather keep it as is
