Changes:
  • Milk look less blue and a little drippy!
  • Skeleton mobs and pig tusks match bone block's colors!
  • Bone meal matches the colors of bones
  • Skeleton mouths and eyes are actual holes, not just dark colors

What do you mean? I changed the bonemeal, it's shown on the thumbnail, and it works for me in-game

Hmm, I checked the files, I only see the milk bucket. Maybe you forgot to put the bone meal texture in?
