All you need to do is also listed in the "Read Me" file

1-Unzip the first file "Unzip me [​By Real_Murderer]
2-Read the "Read Me" txt file for instructions
3-if you are lazy or cant open the txt file here is the instruction

1-unzip the first file named "Unzip me [​By Real_Murderer]
2-drag the 2nd zip file inside the folder you extracted and unziped "Mangrove barrel"
3-put the file inside your "Resourcepack" folder located in your minecraft folder
4-if you dont have "resourcepack" folder make one and do the step 3
5-Make sure to enjoy and share if you liked to
