My former picture-hoster has banned PlanetMinecraft as URL, that's why many pictures don't show up. I found a new picture-hoster and it will take some time until I updated all my packs, it is a lot of work!
Until then please watch the VIDEO for each pack, as I usually make always videos to each pack!
I currently update the pictures in each pack preferrably for those which work in the most recent Minecraft release version, and this pack here is not updated yet to it! But I'm working on an update, so please be patient, there will be an updated version at some point!

I plan to create several full packs and some of them will use this GUI for it.
If I would not plan to update it or would give up on MC and/or resource pack making altogether, that would be a different thing, but I currently don't plan to.
Sorry, but I hope you understand :)
I got a new pic-hoster, but I couldn't update all of my posts yet to it, it is a lot of work and I'm also super busy IRL!
So I focussed so far mainly on those packs which are still up to date (working for 1.13.x), and this GUI pack sadly isn't yet, but I work on an updated 1.13.x-GUI, just be a bit patient! Screenshots will also follow as soon as I'm done with the pack and made new screenshots :)
If you want to use the old 1.11-version, just watch the video that is also linked, I show everything one needs to know how this GUI looks!
I didn't update it yet to 1.12 though, but I will do so before I will update the 16px transparent GUI to 1.12.
As for other colours than White, then Black and Teal:
Well, if I go by the download amounts of the 16px version of my transparent GUI, after White, Black and Teal, the most downloaded colours are Red and Blue, so they would be next in line for 32px :)
I'll have a lot to do with the first 3 colours of course, but I plan to develop a special possibly Red, possibly quite transparent/clear GUI for my iRedstone pack that I started to create! I currently plan to base it off of this 32px pack, I may be even turn it into a 64px quality to make it look even smoother, as the "iRedstone modern" pack will be a bit of a sophisticated, modern-looking pack when it's finished.
I currently don't have a complete image in my head in how the finalized, possibly red, GUI for that iRedstone pack will look like, but you may want to follow the iRedstone pack to see when there's any updates :) The first updates likely won't be the GUI but some other redstone-related additions, but someday it'll be the GUI :)
