I have Minecraft 1.5.1 and I can't get this texture pack to work. It makes my MInevcraft lag alot. Has something to do with me using Modloader?

piracy did not stop... this site: http://minecraft.modhoster.de/mods/herr-sommer-1-5-v1 continues is one of that sites wich are releasing my texturepacks without permission...
...an i think, i have to stop working on my packs because of that...

Hello there!

I really like your texture pack, it is creative, original and yet somehow fimmiliar! The only complaint I have is the armour, it looks bland. Everything else is spot on, though!

you are allowed to do that. but you are not allowed to release that pack when there are more than 30 % of HerrSommer (incl. Dye, Medieval and Rustic!) textures in your mixed pack.
If there are less than 30 % of that textures you are allowed to release your mixed-pack but you have to credit me and link to all of my texturepack threads you have used textures from.

That might be, because Mojang changed the texturepack-structure. I only had to follow that new structure. But as far as I know they know about the bad performance and work on it. Meanwhile you could try to change the lightning options.

...there is no way to make me change them because I like them. but it should not be difficult to change them by your own. delete the sheep.png inside the texturepack-zip-mobs folder and put another 64x64 texturepack sheep.png in the HerrSommer-zip-mob folder and it is done.

All particles are different from default. Take a closer look. They are as I want them to be and that is how they will stay. It does not care, that it is bugging you.

I will update to 1.5, I will include the animated water, lava, portal, fire. What then will happen, I do not know. It seems that the 1.5 will be the last official Version of HerrSommer. May Be another version like HerrSommer Medieval will get some more updates, but that´s not for sure...

I am currently on the 1.4.5 update and currently on the grass blocks and redstone I either have lava pics portal pics or fire pics on the blocks or items. Can anyone help me please as it is very frustrating

if you put the link "planetminecraft.com/texture_pack/....blabla" it would be absoluty okay.

if you put a direct-link to my texturepacks (maybe adfly, rapidshare,
mediafire or whereever i have uploaded tha packs) it would be not okay.

That is because you probably would not change all that links, for the next update of my texturepacks...



but in the main case I mean websites that steal everything from my
texturepack post. they use my screenshots to link my texturepacks on
their website... that is, what really sucks!



...and a big thank you for removing your links, if they are wrong.
