So what? I can say that about anything but that doesn't make it allowed in the rules. If you made a texture pack "heavily modified" from the ocd pack, that would still be against the rules too.

its just plane there's no paten on the wool same as stone, dirt, gravel, sand

No, no. I meant that the grass in YOUR pack looks like the wool in Pokecraft. Solid color wool is great for pixel art. I have a heavily modified Painterly Pack with that solid color thing.
