Hello and welcome to the official Planet Minecraft page of the New Grace Institutional Missionary Baptist Church of Minecraft Pocket and Java Edition! 

New Grace Inst. MBC is a small yet impactful youth-led, bible-believing, bible preaching, bible teaching, baptist affiliated, old school, black pride amplifying, metaverse church. We are NOT a roleplay church. We've been in existence since 2017. Our online community is made up of predominantly black children, teens, and young adults. But all are welcome to join our congregation regardless of race, creed, age, economic background, or gender.

It is our mission to teach everyone "How to live a great Christian life" according to the bible. Additionally, we aim to highlight, inform, and raise awareness of the black presence in the Bible without losing sight of the important message of God's word.

The furniture lines we offer on this page are an outreach ministry of ours that was started in February of 2021 by our Founding Pastor, Tre Riley. Having played Minecraft for six years, Tre realized that there was a great need for church furniture especially church furniture that would complement and fit the aesthetic of New Grace's traditional black church building. For many years, the pulpit chairs at New Grace were made from iron trapdoors and quartz slabs, and the light fixtures were made of glowstone. It bothered him how that looked and he felt that God's sacred house deserved to be more adorned and beautified than any other building.

There are literally thousands of texture packs and mods in the Minecraft community. However, there were little to no texture pack or mod creators that developed a furniture line that was specifically tailored to church furnishings (things like communion tables, pulpit chairs, church light pendants, wall crosses, and hymn books). As a result, we decided to take the initiative!

It is our #1 goal to provide everyone who comes to this page with high-quality furniture packs that are safe to download and easy to install free of charge. Our vision for these furniture lines is to capture and share that old-school black baptist church feeling/vibe we experienced growing up while at the same time, offer a unique perspective on what it means to be a black Christian.
