Proof of concept pack using Optifine's new emissive textures ontop of vanilla textures to give them a type of glow in the dark.
Created as a proof of concept, therefore all textures are subject to being shit. Literally just deleting half of everything. But may still be useful while mining or something idk.
Might work on this more, but hopefully the point gets across and more resource packs use this new feature.
