GearPlus Terraria Edition aims to provide you a complete list of items from the 2D game Terraria, and more from its various popular mods. It allows you to re-skin as many items as you like. There are hundreds of textures to choose from.

Here is the Crafting Guide

To craft an item, download Optifine, then rename the corresponding base item on an anvil with its new textures name. You will need to turn on some of Optifine's video settings. Go to the main menu, then options, then video settings…

Under Animations…
turn on terrain animated
turn on textures animated

Under Quality…
turn on custom items
turn on emissive textures
