Autaur was a cruel and barbaric tyrant. He had burned down many villages, slaughtered many people, including anyone who would threaten his rule, especially other kings and queens (remember this as it will be important for the rest of his lore). Leading his army of illagers, he would often search for villages and kill their ruling authority (and anyone else who would dare to fight him). In such raids those who fought died, those who ran at least had a chance. Often declaring himself as the best ruler of all time (he's not), he would kill other monarchs to prove this. Eventually after raiding the wrong village, Autaur had unwittingly made a for now invisible enemy. The old crusaders knew they must stay under Autaur's vision lest they could be executed, after gathering enough followers. After the crusaders had gained enough followers, one of their leaders was caught and later executed brutally. The crusaders knew they had to act. Fighting Autaur in his castle they eventually forced him to surrender. executing him on the spot. Though it was rumored he was a lich and would return after several hundred years. The remaining illagers fled and even if they were hunted to extinction someone seeking revenge on a village discovered an ancient rune that would bring the illagers back, This someone would be none other than Illager King Autaur himself after several hundred years of hiding from his old enemies, who would later be disbanded due to lack of a cause.
