At ~3m45 you mention the mob farm is a design by Slack Lizard; is this it Mob Farm Tutorial Minecraft Bedrock .
If so, do you have an issue with chuckies getting stuck in the lower falling water at the edge of the lower part of the collection tray?
(I ran into this with an equivalent water floor in java.)

Yes it is that mob farm though the roof mechanics now have to be different due to the changes in Bedrock cave and surface spawn mechanics. And if I do see that happening I just add in magma cubes to the rim of the chute and that convinces them to get "unstuck".
