Emotes are done via a shaderpack along with a plugin.
The "monkeys" are another plugin that uses playerheads on armorstands to simulate new pets/mobs with animations and stuff!
So not "vanilla mc" i guess -- i meant "unmodded" -- you can just join a server and do all of this without installing stuff!
